Finally onto the Sayuri portion of the Pokemon collection! Only two from this side.
Horsea is a baby blue crelly with tiny aqua and matte yellow glitter, larger round aqua glitter, medium matte yellow and white glitter, and large matte white hex glitter. A very glittery one!
This is three coats, sans topcoat so it looks a bit gritty. Lots of VNL and a bit of patchiness in the base. I would recommend layering this over a baby blue for maximum opacity and to be able to lay out the glitter better, as they do come out quite thick. I think even an aqua base would work for this polish.
This is still available in the Sayuri store for $9.95 (Australian). Sayuri have lots of other really cute, mostly pastel-based glitters.
Did Horsea catch your eye? What other colours do you think it might look good over?
